The Extreme 100 and DA Range have been extended, both in diameter and dimensions to make these ranges one of the most comprehensive and flexible range in the industry today. The new links have all the features you expect from the family of YOKE welded master links, particularly cold weather performance, fatigue strength, ductility, high design factors and clear embossed markings. Existing users of YOKE links will recognise many of the new and standard features below: • Rated for G8 and G100 chain • Cold performance properties -40C • Diameters up to 50mm (Up to 90mm under development) • Tempered at minimum 400C • Fatigue Rated for 20,000 cycles at 1.5 times the WLL • Proof tested at 2.5 times the WLL • Manufactured in accordance EN1677-4 and ASME B30.26 • Certified by either DGUV or DNV GL • DIN reference for easy selection • Embossed markings Our continued development of material technology has resulted in weld ability of materials that can provide users the links that offers increased WLL, fatigue strength and heighted performance in low temperature environments, this improvement in materials deliver the benefit of a more cost effective and safer solution for the sling manufacturer. As heavy lifting becomes more the norm, sizes of crane hooks have continued to grow, so these additional diameters/dimensions in the Extreme and DA range ensure the crane operator always has the right choice of rigging to fit his hook.
